What type of information do we collect?
Pixille VOF may process personal data about you because you use our services. This also includes the communication you conduct with Pixille VOF as a current or potential customer, partner, applicant, extra, data subject, etc.
This may, for example, include your name, first name, contact details, but also your company or VAT number, bank account number, credit card number, email address.

Pixille VOF uses your data exclusively for the purpose of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide.

Pixille VOF only provides your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of an agreement with you, or to comply with a legal obligation.
Pixille VOF uses external processors for:-
storing and processing data in the Cloud (via a Cloud Service Provider);

In addition, Pixille VOF also regularly collaborates with external parties for the execution of an agreement. We also make the necessary agreements with these parties to treat your data confidentially.

How long is data kept?
Pixille VOF does not store your personal data longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.
In principle, Pixille VOF does not store personal data for longer than ten years, starting from the moment the data was received. If necessary, the personal data may have to be kept for a longer period, for example in the event of legal proceedings or (contractual) obligations. Pixille VOF does not keep the personal data of employees for longer than five years after the termination of the employment contract or service agreement. In the event of a legal case, the data may be retained for a maximum of three years after its final settlement. Sensitive data will only be kept for the duration necessary for the execution of the agreement in question or for as long as it must be kept in one way or another.

What are your rights?
You have the right to view, correct, delete or limit your personal data.
Right of inspection: You can receive one copy of the requested information free of charge. If you require additional copies, a reasonable administrative fee will be charged.
Right of correction: at your request, the necessary adjustments/improvements will be made to your personal data.

you withdraw a previously given consent;
